The accommodation tax (3.5% of the accommodation portion) and the lodging fee ($10 per night), GST, and QST are not included. A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking. You must present a valid credit card upon arrival, along with a photo ID. A $200 pre-authorization will be charged to your credit card upon check-in. Cash or debit payments are not accepted for security deposits. Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a suite at Estrimont.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival: A deposit of $150 will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee your stay. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, this deposit will be retained by the hotel. Would you like the option to cancel on the same day? We offer cancellation insurance at a cost of $14.95 + tax. Call us to add it to your reservation. This insurance is non-refundable.

Cancellation with a pre-negotiated group rate: You must cancel more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Please refer to the terms of the contract.

Cancellation with a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate or package: No cancellation is possible. If you still wish to cancel, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Dogs and cats are welcome at the hotel and stay for free when you book directly on our website. If you book through an external platform (online travel agencies), a fee of $30 per pet, per night, plus taxes will be added to your stay. Upon arrival, you must sign an agreement to respect the rules and provide us with a cell phone number. Dogs must be kept on a leash as soon as they leave the suite. Pets are not allowed in the Amerispa health center. If you wish to dine with your pet, you will be seated in our Espresso Martini café-bar area. Dogs are allowed around our pools and Scandinavian baths. Please keep them on a leash out of respect for other guests. Head to the dog park to let them stretch their legs!

It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog does not cause any disturbance that could result in complaints from other guests.
