Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival : You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, your deposit will be retained by the hotel.
Cancellation Protection : We offer Cancellation Protection for $14.95 + taxes. This option allows you to cancel your stay up until noon (12:00 p.m.) on your scheduled arrival day. Please call us to add this protection to your reservation. Cancellation Protection is non-refundable.
Group Reservations (Pre-Negotiated Rates) : Refer to the terms and conditions outlined in your group contract.
Non-Cancellable / Non-Refundable Rates or Packages : Reservations booked under a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate or package cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel, the full amount of your stay will be charged.

Suites are guaranteed to be ready by 4:00 p.m., but you’re welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy our facilities, including the Scandinavian baths, pools, saunas, and the Amerispa wellness centre.
Upon arrival, the front desk will provide you with a temporary access key for the spa area and a locker room will be available for your use. We recommend bringing your own padlock to secure your locker.
Please note that we do NOT offer luggage storage.
At check-in, a $200 pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card for incidental charges. Any purchases from the minibar or other additional expenses will be deducted from this amount. The remaining balance will be released by your financial institution within a few days after your departure, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
The 3.5% lodging tax (applied to the accommodation portion of your stay), the $15 nightly resort fee, GST, and QST are not included in the rates shown for our packages and promotions.

Estrimont welcomes your beloved pets (DOGS AND CATS). Your pet stays free of charge when you book directly through our website.
Upon arrival, you will be required to sign an agreement confirming your commitment to respect our pet guidelines and provide a reachable cell phone number during your stay in case we need to contact you.
Dogs must be kept on a leash whenever they leave the suite (except when using the dog park). Pets are not permitted inside the Amerispa wellness centre.

Our bathrobes are available to rent for $10 per stay. If you fall in love with your bathrobe and would like to take it home, they are available for purchase for $29.
- We keep all unopened beverages (wine bottles, beer, etc.) for 2 weeks following your departure.
- All other items left behind in your suite are kept for a period of 3 months.
To claim a lost item, please contact us through the “Contact Us” section of our website. Any shipping costs associated with returning your item will be your responsibility.
